Neesha, a visionary leader in the EdTech sector, is the co-founder and CEO of AI Educators. With over 25 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of transforming K-12 education through technology. Along her journey, she co-founded a nonprofit that pioneered a virtual training platform for peer-to-peer tutoring. Her tenure as CEO of BitSpace further solidified her expertise, where she adeptly transitioned maker education from traditional settings to digital platforms. As the co-founder of Level Up Village.
Neesha created a global EdTech enterprise, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Samsung. This venture was instrumental in making global collaboration and STEM education accessible. She has collaborated with 100+ schools and thousands of educators worldwide, bringing innovative solutions to both physical and virtual classrooms. Over the past two years, Neesha has focused on revolutionizing virtual education, making it engaging and innovative. Her commitment to education is not just in leading organizations but also in building and launching cutting-edge EdTech platforms. Neesha continues to inspire curiosity and a love for learning among students and educators globally.

Samantha Gleisten

Sam, co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of AI Educators, is a transformative force in Montessori education with over 25 years of classroom experience. Known for her expertise in innovating pedagogy, integrating technology with traditional teaching across diverse subjects and working with a wide span of age groups, she has reshaped STEM education and developed digital and in-person curriculum and teacher training programs.
As the Director of Learning at BitSpace, she led the transition to online professional development, enhancing teacher capabilities in digital education. Currently spearheading EdTech in K-8 classrooms, Sam skillfully merges technologies like 3D printing and laser cutting into the curriculum, revolutionizing the learning experience. She is committed to empowering both educators and students, and she is driven by a passion for creating transformative resources that unlock potential within the education community.

Anna Shildrick

Director of Advisory Services
Anna brings 27 years of invaluable experience to the education sector. Trained in Montessori, International Baccalaureate, Emergent Curriculum, Reggio Emilia, Project-Based Learning, Inquiry-Based Learning, Constructivism, Active Learning, Differentiated Instruction, and other education philosophies, she demonstrates unwavering dedication to reshaping educational organizations for the demands of the contemporary world. As Co-Founder and Director of Coaching at Growth Alianza, a distinguished education consulting company, she serves as a thought partner to school leaders, consistently identifying opportunities and guiding the implementation of innovative systems. Anna is the CEO and Founder of World Education Consulting and partners with school leaders to implement change management processes. At the forefront of virtual learning,
 Anna skillfully integrates innovative technology and pedagogy, showcasing a deep passion for embracing AI and a commitment to radically improving the quality of education. 

Dana Anderson, MS

Director, Digital Citizenship & Assessment of Tools
Dana is an experienced Montessori educator, a children's digital content expert, a writer, and a mother of three. For the past 15+ years, Dana has worked with tech companies, schools, and nonprofits to deliver high-quality, engaging, and inspiring digital and educational content for children and adolescents, and she's taught students from pre-K to high school in various settings.
Dana is passionate about amplifying youth voices and empowering children and adolescents to be heard on issues that impact their digital and educational lives and our shared future. She supports hundreds of school districts and county offices of education in the development of AI guidelines and serves as co-counsel for the California School Board Association.
